TitleDesk Agent helps landmen research title and build source-linked reports.

TitleDesk Agent is a desktop title-research, document-review, ownership-calculation, and report-assembly application for petroleum landmen and oil-and-gas title examiners. It reads user-selected source documents, builds runsheets, calculates ownership with exact fractions, tracks curative issues, and assembles reports on the user's computer. Material conclusions stay tied to their source and remain subject to human review.

Local first

Projects, extracted text, ownership work, and reports live on the user's computer. Local OCR and the core title workflow work without connecting an AI provider.

Google Drive, by choice

A company Drive connection uses Google's read-only scope. A separate personal Drive connection can receive finished reports or packages when the user asks.

Review before reliance

Machine-extracted instruments remain proposals until a person accepts them. Reports show unsupported conclusions instead of hiding missing sources.

Optional AI

AI-assisted drafting is optional and separately consented to. Users choose the provider and can withdraw access in Settings.

TitleDesk does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or use Google user data or title-project data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Google OAuth disclosure

TitleDesk uses Google OAuth only for visible Google Drive features the user chooses. Read the full Privacy Policy for the exact data accessed, how local caching works, when a user-selected AI provider may receive content, and how to disconnect and delete data.
